All payments made to Good Luck Web Solutions are final. We do not offer refunds.
For monthly services (such as the blog writing service), you may cancel any time before your next billing date; the current paid month runs to its end and no partial refunds are issued.
For annual services (such as the Website AMC), the contract runs for the full paid year and is non-refundable.
For website development projects, work begins only after written confirmation of requirements and payment as agreed. Amounts paid for work already begun or delivered are non-refundable.
If something is wrong with a delivered service, contact us — we will work with you to make it right.
